Growing a business as an entrepreneur is not a walk in the park.
This is why Endeavor Malaysia, the world’s leading community of high-impact entrepreneurs, is launching its third ScaleUp program.
What is Endeavor Malaysia’s ScaleUp program?
The ScaleUp programme is a four-month-long non-dilutive program that supports exceptional entrepreneurs in scaling their disruptive businesses.
The vision of the community is to build thriving ecosystems in emerging markets around the world. Malaysia is among them.
Under the program, startups will be evaluated based on Endeavor’s three major criteria: Entrepreneur, business, and timing.
However, only a tiny number of startups will gain access to the program that’ll allow them the chance to expand their businesses with the help of top-notch mentors.
Mentors include CEOs, business executives, successful entrepreneurs, and top investors, to multinational corporations and well-known tech companies.
Participants in the program will learn useful market insights and more with the assistance of a professional account manager too.
This ScaleUp program is being guided through an advisory board comprised of four seasoned executives and entrepreneurs:
– Rafiq Razali, Group Managing Director of Media Prima.
– Tunku Alina, Chair of JA Russel & Co Sdn Bhd (whose subsidiary is Boh Plantations Sdn Bhd).
– Joel Neoh, Founder & CEO at Fave.
– Rachel Lau, Managing Partner at RHL Ventures.
“In Malaysia, there is an urgent need to grow and develop a robust and vibrant entrepreneurship ecosystem, especially now when businesses are constantly challenged with so many uncertainties in the market,” Joel Neoh said.
“As an entrepreneur and also an investor, I believe that providing support to these startups is a requisite as startups help spur the economy. As we aim to select high-potential entrepreneurs this year, we aim to customize every entrepreneur’s scaling journey by providing them access to learn from like-minded peers and be inspired by the best,” he added.
Adlin Yusman, Managing Director of Endeavor Malaysia, said the ScaleUp programme for 2022 will be curated based on learnings from the previous cohorts, feedback from existing Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and guidance from the Advisory Board.
“As an entrepreneur-first organization, we are constantly pruning our programme according to the needs of the scaling entrepreneur in Malaysia,” he said.
“With the valuable advice from our mentors that have supported over 40 founders in scaling their startups… we hope the third cohort will continue to create significant impact for our ecosystem.”

– Lead a scalable and innovative Malaysia-based business.
